At Levant Find, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Before sending anything back, please contact us at info@levantfind.com with the subject line “Return Request”. Once approved, returns should be sent to:

Please do not return any items without prior approval.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • In their original packaging
  • Unused and in like-new condition

We do not accept returns of items that show visible signs of use, are missing parts, or are damaged due to causes not attributable to us. Returns sent after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Costs

  • For Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items:
    We will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our team to receive a prepaid return label before sending the item back.
  • For Change of Mind (Customer Remorse):
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Before returning any item, please email info@levantfind.com with your order number, the item to be returned, and the reason for return (optional). Approval is required before sending the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Opened or used personal care products (e.g., underwear, socks, intimate apparel) due to hygiene reasons

Note: We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at info@levantfind.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • ✅ Photos of the item
  • ✅ A brief description of the issue
  • ✅ Your order number

We’ll assist you in arranging a return, refund, or replacement.

Return Labels

  • For defective or incorrect items: we will provide a prepaid return label.
  • For other returns: customers are responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at info@levantfind.com
